Neuland Laboratories Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, and will also consider payment of dividend, if any.
Further, as per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in shares of the Company is closed from April 22, 2015 to May 11, 2015 (both days inclusive), for the above said purpose also. |
