| Exchange Disseminated Time | Muller & Phipps India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed in the Board Meeting held on December 11, 2006 have decided to change the Accounting Year of the Company from April - March to January - December. Accordingly the current Accounting Year comprising of nine months commencing from April 01, 2006 will be closed on December 31, 2006.
This decision has been taken by the Board of Directors of the Company in order to fall in line with the Accounting Year of the holding Company i.e. M/s Development Holdings Asia Ltd. |
