| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:
1. Unaudited Financial Results subjected to "Limited Review” by the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and period ended on December 31, 2013.
2. Delisting of Equity shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) only, under Regulation 6 & 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. These shares will continue to be listed at National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). |
