1 The appointment of Ms. Richa Kalara as Additional Director (Woman Director & Non - Executive Independent) w.e.f. October 06, 2016 in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the amendments made to Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
2. Mr. Om Prakash Gupta, Non - Executive Independent Director has resigned as Director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has accepted his resignation with immediate effect.
3. Reviewed the arrangements for holding AGM for the year 2016. |
