| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 10, 2012, on the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee of Directors has approved the following:
1. Re-appointed Mr. Siddharth Shriram as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company for a further period of 5 years and fixed the terms, conditions and remuneration for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 15, 2012.
2. Re-appointed Mr. A. K. Mehra as Whole Time Director (WTD) of the Company for a further period of 5 years and fixed the terms, conditions and remuneration for a period of 3 years w.e.f. October 15, 2012.
The above appointments shall be subject to the approval of shareholders/Central Government. |
