Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results and/or outcome of the Board Meeting. |
