1. take on record the Audited Financial Result for the Year ended March 31, 2016 of the Company.
2. recommend Dividend, if any.
Further, the ‘Trading Window’ as defined in the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed in connection with the approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 31, 2016 on and from May 24, 2016 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. |
