Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"As part of the Regulatory procedure, the Company has filed its final tariff petition before Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), the details whereof are available on the Company's website: www.jppowerventures.com. The said petition is pending before CERC.
Since the Company's petition is pending before CERC and the details thereof are already in public domain, we refrain from offering our specific comments on the contents of the said news item, except that the operative portions thereof are incorrect, speculative in nature and some parts thereof are already in public domain". |
