1. Approval of resignation of Mr. Rama Shanker Bajoria Director of the Company w.e.f. October 07, 2015.
2. Approval of resignation of Mrs. Anisha Mittal Director of the Company w.e.f. October 07, 2015.
3. Approval of retirement of Mr. Amarsingh Sihag, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 13, 2015. Accordingly he will also cease as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company as per section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, from the date of his retirement. |
