| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mirza International Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors, Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2016 inter alia to consider and to take on record the “Unaudited Financial Results” for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
For the purpose of the above and as per the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 18, 2016 till 24 hours after the intimation of outcome of Board Meeting to Stock Exchange(s) .Accordingly, all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
