| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/05/2016 18:22:06 | Ind-Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider other items, the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year and quarter ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the start of business hours at 9:30 A.M. on May 20, 2016 till 6.00 P.M. on June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year and quarter ended March 31, 2016 on May 30, 2016.
The "Trading Window" shall reopen for dealing in the equity shares of the Company from the start of business hours on June 02, 2016. |
