| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
Pursuant to provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rules made thereunder and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company has fixed July 04, 2014, as a cut-off date to record the entitlement of the Members to cast their vote electronically for the business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The e-voting period commences on August 06, 2014 (9:00 am) and ends on August 08, 2014 (6:00 pm). |
