In addition to appointing Mr. Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharyya as Additional Director in the category of Independent-Non Executive Director of the Company, the board of directors of the Company has also appointed him as Chairman to the board.
Accordingly, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharyya, is appointed as Chairman to the board of Educomp Solutions Limited by replacing Mr. Shantanu Prakash as chairman to the board. Mr. Shantanu Prakash will continue to act as Managing Director of the Company. |
