| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 14, 2015, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
In this regard, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from August 06, 2015 to August 17, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from August 18, 2015. |
