| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/11/2016 19:04:21 | Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on December 08, 2016, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
Further, in view of the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from December 01, 2016 to December 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company’s securities during the closure of the trading window as per the “Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of SAIL, 2016”. |
