| Exchange Disseminated Time | Can Fin Homes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2016, have appointed/re-appointed the following Directors/ Key managerial personnel:
1. Re-appointment of Shri C Ilango, Managing Director of the Company (on completion of the original tenure of 5 years) for a further tenure upto the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company tentatively scheduled to be held during the 3rd week of July, 2016.
2. Appointment of Shri Sarada Kumar Hota, Dy. General Manager of Canara Bank, as an Additional Director and Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. April 28, 2016 for a tenure upto 3 years.
3. Appointment of Smt Bharati Rao, former Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India, as an Additional Director and Independent Director w.e.f. April 28, 2016 for a tenure of 3 years upto the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2018-19.
The above appointments/re-appointments are subject to approval/ratification by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
4. Re-appointment of Shri Atanu Bagchi, Dy. General Manager as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who will continue to be the Key Managerial Personnel.
5. Appointment of Smt Veena G Kamath, Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer w.e.f. May 02, 2016 under regulation 6 of the subject regulations. |
