| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the following items :
1. Creation of security under section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. Proposal for sale/disposal of selected assets of the Company to finance new projects and to provide additional capital to on going projects.
For the above items, Board will decide to go for approval of shareholders through passing of resolutions by means of Postal Ballot pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. |
