1. Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Yangweon Yoo as Managing Director with effect from June 27, 2016. However, Mr. Yangweon Yoo will continue as a Executive Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Kwang Hyuck Choi as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from June 27, 2016, subject to the approval of Shareholders, Central Government and such other approvals as may be required if any, under Companies Act, 2013. |
