- To consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.

For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Specified Persons Such as Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from May 23, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).
