| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/02/2016 08:29:49 | Swaraj Automotives Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held February 03, 2016, have co-opted Mr. Rama Kant Sharma, Mr. J.B.Kapil, Mr. Jamil Ahmad, Mr. Rajiv Sharma, Mr. Jeevan Mahaldar and Ms. Namrata Jain as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from February 03, 2016. The Board of Directors has also recommended the candidature of Mr. J.B.Kapil and Mr. Rajiv Sharma as Independent Directors of the Company.
Further, the Board of Directors also took note of the following:
- withdrawal of nomination of Mr. A.K.Mahajan by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation (PSIDC) from the directorship of the Company with effect from January 12, 2016.
- resignation of Mr. Rajesh Jejurikar, Mr. S.Durgashankar, Mr. Hardeep Singh and Ms. Neera Saggi from the Directorship of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Company’s Board Meeting held on February 03, 2016. |
