| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Rama Multi Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Taken on record withdrawal of nomination by Industrial Investment Bank of India Ltd (IIBI) of its Director viz., Mr T V Bhaskar from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. June 30, 2006.
2. Considered the appointment, of Mr Raj Kumar Jain as the Nominee Director of UTI Bank Ltd in view of vacancy caused in the Board by withdrawal of nomination by Industrial Investment Bank of India Ltd (IIBI).
3. Decided to make a fresh Reference with the BIFR for determination of the measures, which shall be adopted with respect to the Company. |
