Radico Khaitan Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on November 23, 2015 has granted 5,30,000 Stock Options under ESOP SCHEME 2006, from the available Stock Options, to the eligible employees, at a price of Rs. 104.72 per option, being 15% discount to the latest available closing price on NSE where the traded volume was high on a day preceding to the date of the Meeting. These options will vest in the employees over a period of 4 years from the date of grant as per ESOP SCHEME 2006.
