1. Mr. Raja Ganapathi, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary has resigned from the post Chief Financial Officer and continues to be Company Secretary with effect from February 15, 2014.
2. Mr. B. Swaminathan has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 15, 2014.
3. Proposal to obtain the approval of shareholders for making reference to BIFR as potentially sick and authorizing the Board for sale of certain fixed assets of the Company through Postal Ballot. |
