1. Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter (Q3) and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.
2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's scrips by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. |
