| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the 922180 GDRs representing 92,218 underlying equity shares of Rs. 10 each of PVP Ventures Limited listed on London Stock Exchange (LSE) has been cancelled from official list of LSE w.e.f. March 29,2016.
The Depository i.e., Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas had resigned as Depositary vide their letter dated February 24, 2015. The Company has not appointed any Successor Depository and decided to terminate the Deposit Agreement and sought for cancellation/delisting of GDRs from LSE due to lack of liquidity with virtually no trading taking place due to decreasing interest of investors. |
