| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/05/2016 17:54:11 | The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, have considered and approved the following matters:
1. Recommended the Final Dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Mr. Alok Agarwal, CFO has resigned from the services of the Company, the Board has accepted his resignation w.e.f. May 26, 2016.
3. Approved the re-appointment and remuneration of Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditors, Internal Auditors and Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2016-2017 subject to appropriate approvals from shareholders, wherever required.
Further, the meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12:30 P.M and concluded at 5:25 P.M. |
