- To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
Further, in view of foregoing and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will be closed for the period from January 21, 2015 till 24 hours after the date on which the said financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchange. |
