| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 03, 2013 wherein the Company had informed that, "RBI has given its approval on December 02, 2013, to appoint Prof. Abraham Koshy as Part Time Chairman of the Bank for a period of two years or till the date of his retirement whichever is earlier, Federal Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the said announcement should be read as follows:
"RBI has given its approval on December 02, 2013, to appoint Prof. Abraham Koshy, who is already a Director of the Bank, as Part Time Chairman of the Bank for a period of two years or till the date of his retirement whichever is earlier." |
