1. Took note of the appointment of Smt. Baljinder Kaur Mandal, as the nominee of IDBI Bank Limited on the Board of the Company w.e.f. November 28, 2016 in place of Shri P.K. Das.
2. Approved the dis-investment of shares held in Jayaswal Neco Urja Limited, the Subsidiary of Company, thereby ceasing the status of holding and subsidiary Company.
3. Considered the proposal for exploring the possibility of hiving of Flat Product Division (which is non-operational) of the Company. |
