| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/02/2017 17:49:01 | Carborundum Universal Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2017, inter alia, has declared a payment of interim dividend of Re. 1/- (One rupee only) per equity share (on a face value of Re. 1/-) for the year ending March 31, 2017. In the case of shareholders opting for NECS/ECS, the dividend would in the normal course be credited to their accounts by February 24, 2017. In case of physical warrants, they will be posted by February 24, 2017.
Further, the Company has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 1.45 p.m. and concluded at 5:10 p.m. |
