In compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of A2Z Infra Engineering Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 29th day of September, 2017 at 09.30 a.m. at HSIIDC Hall, UdyogVihar, Phase-V, Gurgaon-122016, Haryana, to transact the business as set-forth in the Notice of the meeting dated August 14, 2017 (attached herewith) which is being posted to the shareholders within the statutory time frame prescribed.
Further, the Register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 23, 2017 to Friday, September 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
