"This refers to amount outstanding from M/s. Evya, Mexico one of the major client of the Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (Mauritius) Pvt Ltd, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company as stated in Limited Review Report filed yesterday. As required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015, we would like to inform you that:
Evya owe around Rs. 7705.42 lacs (as on December 31, 2015) in connection with the charter of the barge Vikrant Dolphin, the said subsidiary is considering various options including legal action for the recovery of the outstanding. However, the barge is still on charter with them.
We would also like to inform that the said subsidiary put on hold the order for the construction of new two vessels DP3 Barge 400 PAX and Offshore Construction Vessel (OCV) 150 PAX for six months in view of the uncertainty in the international Oil and Gas industry." |
