Fiora Enterprises Ltd, which was shown under Promoter Group has requested the Company to categorize its holding under "Public Category" instead of under "Promoter Group" and the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the same.
Fiora Enterprises Ltd is an entity which is associated with the erstwhile Promoters group. As there has been a change in control of the management of the Company subsequent to merger of Ybrant Digital Limited (Transferor Company) with the Company (formerly known as LGS Global Limited), it has now requested to categorize its holding under "Public". None of the existing Promoters or the Companies in which Promoters are interested is having any interest / holding in the Flora Enterprises Ltd. |
