| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, vide resolution passed by circulation on November 12, 2014, has approved:
1. Issue and Allotment of 19,823 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a exercise price of Rs. 10/- per share aggregating to Rs. 1,98,230/- upon exercise of right to convert options to Equity Shares of the Company by the option holders under the terms and conditions of ESOS-2012.
2. Grant of options to eligible employees under Employees Stock Option Scheme 2012 (ESQS-2012). |
