The Company has further published a Notice to shareholders dated June 24, 2017, which appeared in newspapers 'Free Press Journal' (English) and 'Navshakti' (Marathi), pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 6 of the Investor Education & Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer & Refund) Rules, 2016, regarding provisions under which equity shares of the Company, in respect of which dividend for FY 2009-10 remained unpaid / unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more, would be required to be transferred by the Company to the IEPF Suspense Account.
Inadvertently, copies of the said Notice remained to be filed with the stock exchanges at the relevant time and copies of the same are now attached hereto with a request to take this communication on record.
