Chartered Capital & Investment Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), on behalf of Matrix Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Acquirer") has issued this Post Offer Public Announcement to the shareholders of IMP Finance Ltd (Target Company) which is in continuation of, and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA"), Dated April 18, 2006, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers), Regulations, 1997 and subsequent amendments thereof, to acquire up to 49,900 fully paid up equity / voting share capital representing 20.04% of the equity / voting share capital of the Target Company at offer price of Rs 14.00 per fully paid equity share of Rs 10/- each payable in cash (the "Offer").
