| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2016 17:10:33 | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:
1. the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities;
2. the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016;
3. to consider the proposal for recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-2016.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders” framed by the Company, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code shall be closed from April 27, 2016 to May 05, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
