| Exchange Disseminated Time 19/11/2016 15:08:23 | Goodyear India Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the notice dated November 18, 2016 given by the Company as per provisions of Section 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules 6 of Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (IEPF Rules) in which attention of the members is drawn that all the shares in respect of which dividends have not been claimed for the last 7 years consecutively from the year ended December 31, 2008 will be transferred to IEPF Suspense Account on expiry of the said 3 months i.e. after December 06, 2016.
The public notice was also published in newspapers on November 19, 2016. |
