("Acquirer") along with Diageo Plc, ("Person Acting in Concert") to the public shareholders of the Company for the acquisition of up to 37,785,214 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 3,030/- per equity share representing 26.0% of the Voting Shore Capital of the Company. |
