1. The Board accepted the resignation letter dated September 09, 2016 received from Mr. Ramesh Kumar Poddar from the directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
2. The Board has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (75%) on the Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each (face value) for the financial year 2016-2017.
