| Exchange Disseminated Time | STL Global Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the following resolutions, with requisite majority:
1. To sell, lease or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially whole of the undertakings of the Unit No. 2 of the Company situated at Plot No. 4, Sector - 6, Faridabad, Haryana.
2. To alter the object clause of the Company.
3. To allow the use of Land as per the Collaboration Agreement between RPS Infrastructure Ltd. and STL Global Ltd. for development of Company's Land situated at 12/6, Mile Stone, Mathura Road, Sarai Khawaja, Faridabad Haryana as an IT Park.
In this regard, the Company has issued a Scrutinizer's Report. |
