| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Harrisons Malayalam Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the composite Scheme of Arrangement being approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala and the subsequent approval of relevant e-form No.21 by the Registrar of Companies, Kerala on August 18, 2010 the Board of Directors of HML have decided to meet on August 20, 2010 by giving a shorter notice to fix the Record date for ascertaining the entitlement for the allotment of shares of Sentinel Tea & Exports Ltd. to the shareholders of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. as contained in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala. |
