| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 31, 2014, inter alia :
1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
2. Board may consider declaration of Interim dividend for the FY 2013-14.
The Trading Window will remain closed for the Directors and Designed employees of the Bank from January 23, 2014 to February 03, 2014 and will reopen on February 04, 2014. Incompliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, suitable notice of the close of Trading window has been given to directors and designated employees. |
