| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vinaditya Trading Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:
1. To utilize funds of the Company by setting - up of new business Venture or by acquisition of any other entity (ies) or by way of merger with any other Company, for the purpose of growth of the Company.
2. To appoint Merchant Banker for carrying out various requirement.
3. To appoint Independent Chartered Accountant for the purpose of valuation of the Company.
Further, the trading window of the Company will be closed from January 13, 2015 and same will be re-opened after 24 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting. |
