| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the letter dated March 02, 2015, Bank of Baroda has now informed BSE that Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services vide its Order dated June 08, 2015 advised that Shri Ranjan Dhawan, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda is entrusted with the additional charge of the Managing Director & CEO of Bank of Baroda for a further period of three months w.e.f. the date of issue of the Order or till the date of appointment of regular MD & CEO or until further Order, whichever is the earliest in compliance of the Appointment Committee of Cabinet’s Order dated June 04, 2015. |
