Please refer our letter dated 16th May, 2017 on the captioned subject wherein we have inadvertently mentioned the tenure of recommended new Statutory Auditors, Messrs Jain Pramod Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN: 016746N) of the Company as 'from the conclusion of the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 28th Annual General Meeting' which should be read as 'from the conclusion of the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting'. You are, therefore, requested to take this in your record.
