| Exchange Disseminated Time | OnMobile Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has:
1. Considered and recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ending March 31, 2015 subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Approved appointment of Mr. Sanjay Baweja as an Independent non-executive additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. May 28, 2015. |
