| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kalyani Forge Ltd has informed BSE the Company proposes to seek the approval of the members regarding the following matter through postal ballot :
To authorise the Board to mortgage /hypothecating, charging and pledging and/or creating a floating charge and/or also to create liens, charges and all other encumbrances of whatsoever nature on all or any of the Company's current assets or stock in trade and work in process , and whole or substantially the whole of all or any of the undertakings of the Company, wheresoever situate, present and future, together with power to takeover the management of the business and concern of the Company in certain events, in such manner and form as the Board may think fit.
The Company has appointed Mr. Suhas Jahagirdar practising Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before close of working hours on December 05, 2004. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on December 13, 2004. |
