Mr. James R. Menning has resigned as the Chairman of the Board with effect from August 19, 2014, Mr. Menning however will continue as a Director of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has, by passing a set of resolutions by circulation on August 25, 2014, accepted the resignation and appointed Mr. Sanjay Koul as the Chairman of the Board under the designation "Chairman & Managing Director' with immediate effect. |
