Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs the Stock Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from September 21, 2017 to September 26, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Dividend and 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
Further pursuant to Rule 20(4)(vii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 19, 2017 as Cut-Off date to determine the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically at website: www.evotingindia.com from September 21, 2017 (9.00 a.m.) to September 25, 2017 (5.00 p.m.) for the above AGM.
